Job :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to support our store teams on various HR matters and contribute to the efficient administrative and social management of employees.
Your main tasks:
Manage employee administrative files and contracts.
Handle relations with social organizations and insurance providers.
Monitor training attendance and schedule management.
Extract, validate, and control employee time tracking.
Participate in monitoring HR indicators (payroll, leave, anomalies, etc.).
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
Beginners accepted, previous experience in HR administration is a plus.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Organized, rigorous, and effective communication skills.
