Job :

• Medical Records: Compile, update, and secure each employee's individual file; schedule mandatory medical visits (hiring, periodic, return to work); keep the register of work accidents; ensure follow-up of medical fitness and restrictions.
• Care: Provide routine care and emergency first aid; assess the severity of situations and initiate alert procedures; refer employees to appropriate healthcare facilities.
• Prevention: Contribute to the assessment of occupational risks; design and lead awareness campaigns (ergonomics, screenings, vaccination, mental health); participate in the work of the health and safety committee.
• Coordination: Act as the liaison with the occupational physician, CNSS, health insurer, and medical partners; support Human Resources in tracking absences and work accidents.
• Infirmary: Manage equipment, pharmacy stocks, and first aid kits; produce periodic activity reports.

Required profile :

• Diploma - mandatory requirement. State diploma in nursing awarded by a public institution: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ISPITS) or State Nursing Diploma (formerly IFCS). Diplomas from private institutions are not accepted. A valid practice permit from the Ministry of Health is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience, including experience in a professional setting or in occupational health.
  Proficiency in emergency procedures; first aid certification is a plus.
  Knowledge of the Moroccan legal framework for occupational medicine.
  Fluent in French and Arabic; professional English is a plus.
  Absolute ethical rigor, discretion, composure, and good listening skills.
