The main objective of this position is to ensure a responsive and effective medical presence within our company. This involves overseeing occupational risk prevention, managing medical emergencies, and monitoring the overall health of employees. You will actively contribute to the implementation and maintenance of rigorous health protocols, thus ensuring an optimal and safe working environment for everyone. Your actions will be decisive in promoting a culture of preventive health, positively influencing the well-being of our teams.

Your daily tasks will be varied and essential to the smooth running of our occupational health service. You will be required to provide first aid and administer necessary emergency care in case of accident or illness. The medical surveillance of employees, including routine examinations and medical record follow-up, will be an integral part of your role. You will also be responsible for the administrative management of medical records and certificates, while ensuring the confidentiality of information. A significant part of your activity will involve participating in health prevention and health education initiatives for staff, for example, by organizing awareness campaigns on various topics such as nutrition, stress management, or the fight against chronic diseases. You will be the primary contact for any questions related to health and well-being at work, advising and guiding employees.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a solid academic background is required. You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in the Medical / Nursing field. Additional training or certification in Human Resources, personnel, or training would be a valuable asset, demonstrating an understanding of human issues in a company.

We are looking for someone with significant professional experience of between 1 and 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the banking/financial sector. This experience will have allowed you to develop great autonomy, flawless reactivity in emergency situations, and a proactive approach to preventive health.

Beyond your technical and medical skills, several personal qualities are essential to succeed in this role. Active listening and great empathy will enable you to build a trusting relationship with your contacts. Your rigor and organizational skills are essential for managing records and adhering to procedures. Excellent communication, both oral and written, is necessary. Proficiency in basic computer tools is also expected.
