Job :

We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Médiouna, to help design and create the company's visual communication materials, while respecting its graphic identity and guidelines defined by Management.


Main Mission:

1. Graphic Creation
Design print and digital communication materials: posters, flyers, brochures, catalogs, presentations, social media visuals, etc.
Adapt creations for different formats and communication channels.
Perform photo retouching and editing.
Participate in creating visual content for communication campaigns.

2. Visual Identity
Ensure compliance with the company's graphic charter and visual identity.
Maintain graphic consistency across different materials.
Propose graphic ideas and concepts suited to communication needs.

3. Digital Materials
Design visuals for social media and the website.
Prepare visuals according to the technical specifications of different platforms.
Participate in creating visual content for digital campaigns.

4. File Preparation
Prepare files for printing and digital distribution.
Check the quality, dimensions, formats, and resolution of files.
Make requested corrections and modifications.

5. Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the Communication, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Understand briefs and make necessary modifications within deadlines.
Participate in the company's various communication projects.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

Training in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar field.
Previous professional experience or a significant internship in graphic design is an advantage.
Good command of graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of Canva and/or digital content creation tools is a plus.
Good artistic sensibility and creativity.
Attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Team spirit, organization, and responsiveness.
Ability to understand a brief and propose suitable graphic solutions.
