Join our dynamic company in the plastics industry, recognized for its expertise and commitment to innovation. 

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of key activities:

• Consult, analyze, compare, and negotiate supplier offers;
• Create and track purchase orders (PO) in the ERP system;
• Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers for delays, coordinating with different stakeholders (raw materials, logistics, transport... etc) to ensure smooth logistical operations;
• Ensure the matching of orders/receipts/invoices and process supplier invoices;
• Verify the compliance of contractual documents and manage import files;
• Update purchasing databases: sourcing maps, dashboards, etc;
• Contribute to the search and qualification of new suppliers.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, an Engineer/Master's degree (BAC+5) level is required, ideally in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering/Industrial Chemistry, or equivalent.

We are looking for a talent with 3 to 5 years of experience in a purchasing role, ideally in an industrial or similar environment.

This position requires a combination of strong technical and behavioral skills:

• Proficiency in the purchasing process (orders, invoices, disputes);
• Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, Office Suite).
• Rigor, organization, and foresight;
• Priority management;
• Interpersonal skills and coordination with interfaces;
• Knowledge of the plastics industry would be a significant asset.
