Join a major player in the distribution sector in Casablanca as an HVAC operations engineer. This mission involves managing energy performance and maintenance of technical facilities in a dynamic environment.

The main goal is to ensure optimal availability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while optimizing energy consumption across all sites. Special attention will be paid to regulatory compliance and the longevity of the equipment.

Daily tasks are varied to ensure operational excellence:

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Manage relationships with technical service providers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform accurate technical diagnostics on existing facilities.
• Manage modernization projects for the systems and oversee associated construction work.
• Optimize equipment operation through the centralized technical management system.

Facility Manager as a technical leader to ensure the smooth operation and efficient maintenance

an HVAC Operations Engineer, you will work closely with the Datacenter Facility Manager to
implement optimal operational practices, minimize downtime, and maintain high service levels,
thus meeting the data center's availability objectives, with an availability rate exceeding 99.982%
MISSIONS :
Your main missions as an HVAC Operations Engineer are as follows:
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fluid systems:
HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitation...
• Ensure the design and sizing of fluid networks, including plumbing, sanitation,
air conditioning, smoke extraction, and building fluids.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers for new works and installations, as well as
for maintenance.
• Organize and direct safety interventions & control external contractors.
• Monitor activity indicators (dashboards, SLAs, Develop activity tracking reports)
• Schedule periodic interventions in line with operational objectives and constraints, arbitrate requests, estimate deadlines and costs.
• Provide technical support to the team and operational staff in case of emergencies, unexpected events, or accidents.
• Ensure technical monitoring and sharing of experience feedback.
• Ensure fault diagnosis and propose technical solutions.
PROFILE :
Education and Experience :
• Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Energy Engineering, Fluids, Thermodynamics, or equivalent,
preferably from an engineering school. Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in the field is
required.
• OR Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) with a proven experience of 8 to 10 years in equipment maintenance.
Technical skills :
• Advanced expertise in HVAC & plumbing maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of standards and regulations for air conditioning installations,
air treatment...
• Solid technical skills in the design, maintenance, and optimization of fluid installations.
Technical know-how :
• Possess technical expertise in the field of HVAC equipment maintenance.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems effectively.
Software Proficiency :
• Good command of design and sizing software such as AutoCad, HAP, ANSYS
FLUENT, VISA TTH, Autofluid, etc.
• Proficiency in using fluid-specific software.
