Job :
- Analyze tender documents (plans, technical specifications, technical constraints)
- Perform measurements and establish cost estimates
- Define execution methods (phasing, resources, site organization)
- Propose technical and economic optimizations
- Develop preliminary schedules in coordination with the planner
- Participate in writing technical reports
- Ensure technical transfer of the file to the site teams
- Monitor the application of defined methods
- Analyze deviations between forecasts and actual site conditions
- Propose and adjust methods based on encountered constraints
- Support site teams in resolving technical issues
- Contribute to feedback for improving future studies
Required profile :
- State Engineering degree in Civil Engineering (EMI, EHTP ...)
- Mastery of execution techniques in construction / civil engineering
- Reading and interpreting plans and technical documents
- Monitoring progress, quantities, and methods
- Proficiency in estimation and planning tools
- Analytical and detached thinking skills
- Responsiveness to site uncertainties
- Ability to work at the interface between studies and construction
