As an end-to-end infrastructure pilot:
• You are responsible for commitments: technical solution, resources, and deadlines for implementing client needs.
• You provide client support from the request submission to technical acceptance.
• You manage the request and follow up with the various stakeholders in the process.
• You ensure client acceptance of flows and manage investigations in case of malfunction until the flow is operational.
• You handle flow requests that arrive via a flow request workflow.
• You analyze requests and advise the client if their need is not yet clearly defined.
• You verify the consistency of the request with the infrastructure architecture and the security policy.
• You perform flow engineering by defining the path and the equipment crossed by the flow (routers, firewalls, Reverse Proxy, LB, VPN.).
• You prepare requests by indicating the actions to be taken for the flow to be correctly opened (flow, RP, LB).
• You forward requests to the deployment teams.
• You investigate network and security problems (firewall, load balancer, proxy, routing).
• You validate the configuration of security rules for flow openings on Firewalls (Fortinet Fortigate, Juniper SRX, etc.).
• You validate and verify the configuration on Load Balancers (Radware Alteon, etc.).
• You maintain the knowledge base of processes and flow stakeholders from other Orange entities.
• You are responsible for the roadmap and the continuous improvement loop of open-lists (pre-opened flows in firewalls).
• You capitalize on completed projects by evolving project management methodologies if necessary.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) and significant experience in complex solution architecture and making them understandable.
• You have a passion for technology and enjoy solving complex problems.
• You master TCP / UDP network protocols (DHCP, http, DNS, SSH...).
• You master the components of the following domains: network and security.
• You are recognized for your communication skills, your ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
• You have good interpersonal skills and are able to lead investigation meetings.
• You are creative and proactive.
• You are results-oriented and focused on quality of service for the client.
• You take security requirements into account.
• You have a good level of French to hold technical conversations, explain, and simplify for the client.
