The mission is to ensure the availability and optimization of critical infrastructures that support daily logistics and commercial flows.

The main objective is to maintain high availability of IT systems to ensure smooth distribution processes. The deployment, monitoring, and security of technical environments are the pillars of this role to directly contribute to the organization's digital transformation.

Daily responsibilities allow for growth in a rich and stimulating technical environment, focused on proactive maintenance and expert support:

• Install and configure servers and network equipment.
• Ensure monitoring of system performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Apply security patches and manage data backups.
• Provide level 2 technical support to resolve complex incidents encountered by internal users.
• Document technical procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the IT team.

JOB MISSIONS
Main mission, reason for existence, or purpose of the position: Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructures in a data center environment. Ensure the proper functioning of servers, storage solutions, and virtualized platforms, while guaranteeing their security and scalability.

Job Missions and Activities
Mission 1: System Infrastructure Management
As such, they must: (activities)

- Install, configure, and administer physical and virtualized servers (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Ensure the proper functioning of storage and backup solutions (SAN, NAS, Veeam, NetBackup, CommVault).
- Participate in the optimization of performance and IT resource management.
- Collaborate in the implementation of high availability and disaster recovery solutions (BCP, DRP).
Mission 2: Infrastructure Security and Compliance
As such, they must: (activities)

- Apply cybersecurity best practices (access management, system hardening).
- Participate in the compliance of infrastructures with current standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Ensure data protection and management of backup solutions.

Mission 3: Monitoring and Technical Support
As such, they must: (activities)

- Implement monitoring and supervision tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Monitor system performance and intervene in case of anomalies.
- Diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 incidents on IT infrastructures.
- Write procedures and document implemented configurations.
Mission 4: Automation and Continuous Improvement

- Automate certain recurring tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
- Participate in infrastructure evolution and technological innovation projects.
- Ensure technological watch to propose optimizations.

- Follow IT technology evolutions and propose continuous improvements.
- Test and integrate new solutions to optimize datacenter performance and security.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical skills - Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Debian).
- Virtualization & Containerization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes (basic knowledge appreciated).
- Storage & Backup: SAN, NAS, Veeam, CommVault.
- Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Ansible (basic knowledge desired).
- Supervision & Monitoring: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
- Security & Compliance: Access management, IAM, OS hardening.

Education and Experience

- Security: ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in system administration, ideally in a datacenter environment.
