Job :

As part of strengthening our Infrastructure teams, we are recruiting several technical profiles, from Junior to Senior/L3 level, to work on the operation, administration, security, and evolution of critical infrastructures.

You will contribute to maintaining production environments in operational condition and participate in evolution projects involving Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Citrix technologies.

Senior profiles will also be involved in architecture, technical governance, automation, and expert level 3 support activities.

Your main tasks:
Linux & Windows System Administration

• Administer and maintain Linux (RHEL, Rocky Linux) and Windows Server environments.
• Ensure system deployment, patching, and upgrades.
• Participate in server provisioning and decommissioning operations.
• Apply system security and hardening standards.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to systems, storage, network, or applications.
• Implement automation using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

VMware & Nutanix Virtualization

• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter infrastructures.
• Ensure operation of virtualization clusters and performance monitoring.
• Manage migration, cloning, snapshots, and virtual machine update operations.
• Participate in the administration of Nutanix AHV and Prism environments.
• Contribute to capacity, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop automation using PowerCLI and Ansible.

SAN, NAS & Cloud Storage

• Administer NetApp storage infrastructures.
• Manage volumes, NFS/CIFS shares, snapshots, and replications.
• Monitor storage capacity and performance.
• Participate in the administration of SAN environments and Fibre Channel fabrics.
• Contribute to cloud storage projects and data architecture evolution.
• Automate recurring storage operations.

Backup & Cyber Recovery

• Administer backup and restore platforms.
• Monitor daily backup jobs.
• Perform file, database, virtual machine, or full system restores.
• Design and evolve backup and retention policies.
• Participate in business continuity and recovery exercises.
• Contribute to the implementation of cyber-resilience and ransomware protection strategies.

Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops

• Administer Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops platforms.
• Provide support and maintain Citrix infrastructures in operational condition.
• Manage StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, WEM, and NetScaler environments.
• Participate in version upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure the availability of virtualized services and the quality of user experience.

Expertise & Technical Governance (Senior Profiles)

• Handle complex level 3 technical escalations.
• Design infrastructure architectures and participate in technical roadmaps.
• Perform root cause analyses and define improvement plans.
• Produce architecture documents, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support technical teams and share best practices.
• Lead major changes and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

Junior Infrastructure Engineer

• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Basics in Linux or Windows Server.
• Fundamental knowledge of systems and infrastructures.
• Service-oriented, rigorous, and eager to learn.
• First experience with virtualised environments is a plus.

Infrastructure Engineer

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production infrastructure administration.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas:

1. Linux / Windows Server
2. VMware / Nutanix
3. NetApp Storage
4. Backup & Recovery
5. Citrix

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to independently handle level 2 incidents and changes.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Architect

• Over 6 years of experience in infrastructure environments.
• Advanced expertise in one or more areas:

1. Enterprise Linux (RHEL, Rocky Linux)
2. Windows Server
3. VMware vSphere and NSX-T
4. Nutanix AHV
5. NetApp ONTAP
6. Veritas NetBackup
