Job :

As part of strengthening our Network & Connectivity activities, we are recruiting several technical profiles, from Junior to Senior/L3 level, to work on the design, operation, evolution, and security of network infrastructures.

You will participate in the management of critical networks covering LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD-WAN, Network Security, Cloud Networking, and Unified Communications environments, while contributing to the performance, availability, and security of services.

Depending on your level of expertise, you may be involved in architecture, technical governance, L3 support, and team support missions.

Your main tasks:

LAN, WLAN & Network Access Control

• Administer the company's LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructures.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, network segmentation policies, and port security mechanisms.
• Ensure the operation of Cisco and/or Aruba switching infrastructures.
• Supervise the operation of wireless networks and optimize radio coverage.
• Administer network authentication solutions based on 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC.
• Participate in network incident management and change operations.
• Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

WAN & SD-WAN

• Administer WAN infrastructures and SD-WAN solutions.
• Provide support for dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Manage IPSec VPN tunnels and network resilience mechanisms.
• Participate in the deployment and operation of Cisco Viptela, vManage, or Fortinet SD-WAN platforms.
• Monitor telecom operators and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Contribute to architecture evolutions and performance optimizations.

Network Security & Zero Trust

• Administer network security infrastructures.
• Manage filtering rules and security policies.
• Participate in the operation of Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point solutions.
• Provide support for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
• Perform impact analyses, security audits, and compliance reviews.
• Contribute to network security posture improvement projects.

Cloud Networking

• Participate in the design and operation of hybrid network architectures.
• Implement interconnections between cloud environments and on-premise infrastructures.
• Ensure management of routing, private connectivity, and network security in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure service availability.

Telephony & Unified Communications

• Administer enterprise telephony platforms and collaborative solutions.
• Participate in the deployment and support of Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Ensure management of SIP, SBC infrastructures, and unified communications.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to call routing and quality of service.
• Contribute to the evolution of communication architectures.

Expertise & Technical Governance (Senior Profiles)

• Handle complex L3 escalations.
• Design network and security architectures.
• Manage major changes and go-lives.
• Perform root cause analyses (RCA).
• Produce architecture and design documents (HLD / LLD).
• Define technical standards and best practices.
• Support and develop the skills of technical teams.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

Junior Network Engineer:

• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networks.
• Basic understanding of VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Previous exposure to production environments is a plus.

Network Engineer:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in network administration and operation.
• Proficiency in LAN, WLAN, or WAN infrastructures.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent equipment.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to autonomously manage L2 incidents and changes.

Senior Network Engineer / Architect

• More than 6 years of experience in network infrastructures.
• Advanced expertise in one or more of the following areas:

1. LAN/WLAN
2. WAN & SD-WAN
3. Network Security & ZTNA
4. Cloud Networking
5. Unified Communications

• Experience in L3 support, architecture, or technical governance.
• Proficiency in change management processes and technical documentation.
• Technical leadership and team support.
