Job :
• Provide legal assistance to the Network and various head office departments
• Establish and validate all legal documents and deeds that could engage the Bank's responsibility
• Conduct legal research and handle legal consultations
• Ensure the strengthening of banking operations security
• Contribute to awareness actions for the Bank's various entities regarding the legal implications of banking activities and aspects of law that may engage the Bank's responsibility
• Contribute to the development and validation of draft circulars and procedures of the Bank and develop appropriate legal document templates
• Assist the Bank's entities in legal arrangements related to various banking operations
• Ensure the preparation and monitoring of periodic reports related to Legal activity.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking, financial sector, and/or law firm.
Your rigor, initiative, and your ability to analyze and synthesize will enable you to succeed in this position.
