Job :
Position:
- Ensure good management of the department,
- Achieve goals, margins, stock levels, productivity, waste, and stockout rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Respect the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a minimum of 2 years of higher education in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in a modern Butchery where you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
