Join a dynamic company in the IT sector, based in Casablanca. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, your mission will be to support our teams in the evolution and maintenance of our CRM solutions.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the performance and relevance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, by ensuring its adaptation to business needs and actively participating in its continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also be involved in incident resolution, optimization of existing processes, and collaboration with functional teams to understand and translate needs into technical solutions.

• Analysis of functional and technical needs.
• Development and customization in Dynamics 365 (plugins, workflows, web resources).
• Unit and integration testing.
• Technical support and corrective maintenance.
• Documentation of developed solutions.

Required profile :

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Bac+5 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics.

• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in the development and integration of CRM solutions, with particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, particularly in customization, development, and integration.
• Solid development skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server technologies.
• Good understanding of CRM architectures, business processes, and development best practices.
• Experience with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to analyze functional needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
