Job :

Configuration & PLM Management

• Project phase definition and milestone tracking
• Processing of OA/LA in PLM and creation/tracking of part sets
• Creation and tracking of V&V tests (PIV)
• Updating delivery KPIs and managing compliance with PLM Golden Rules
• Creation and management of configuration files

Coordination & Facilitation

• Chairing configuration control meetings (checking meetings)
• Facilitating EDL committees and reporting KPIs to Project Management
• Leading robustness meetings (RT) and engineering change meetings (GDM/ISS)
• Managing compliance with the APQP checklist

Tracking & Reporting

• Tracking deliveries and BOM (built in PLM - NP/PA)
• Reporting and tracking published LA/NP/PA
• Managing summary files (part sets, V&V tests, Golden Rules)
• Tracking LDPs (product decision letters) and summarizing associated meetings
• Analyzing issues and tracking dedicated KPIs
• Tracking engineering changes with associated reporting

Required profile :

• Bac+2/3/5 degree in engineering (mechanical, industrialization, industrial engineering, or equivalent)
• Experience in Project Management, planning, PLM releasing, or automotive project management
• Knowledge of APQP processes and Golden Rules for releasing / engineering change
• Comfortable leading meetings and managing cross-functional teams (project team, workshops, suppliers)
• Rigor, organizational skills, and good client relations
• Fluent communication (B2+ level)
• Tools to master: SAP / SIGAPP, BI-SAP, Docinfo, PLM, DEVIN, ARIANE, SOREPP, APQP tool, Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
