Job :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, comfortable with technology, to join inyad and build our product team.

Our goal: to create a cutting-edge tool for small and micro-businesses. This role involves leading product development from start to finish, with a high degree of autonomy and influence. You will be responsible for understanding needs (internal and external), competitive analysis, designing new features and improvements, rigorously prioritizing the roadmap, communicating product specifications to engineers, managing deliveries, and measuring the impact of deployed features. You will also help support junior members of the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand users and the market context in depth, and identify high-impact product opportunities
• Define, lead, and evolve the product vision, and translate it into short, medium, and long-term roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to define exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, and write or approve detailed user stories based on clearly prioritized requirements
• Lead the design, testing, and production phases with the engineering team, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Define success metrics (KPIs, OKRs), analyze results, and iterate on the product using user feedback and data
• Collaborate with management, the Product Owner, and stakeholders (sales, marketing, support) to align priorities and manage trade-offs
• Coach and mentor junior product managers, and contribute to improving the team's product practices
• Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment

Required profile :

• Required experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant product management experience (or in data analysis, product marketing, business analysis with a strong product focus)
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a product or scope from end to end
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
• Agile, creative, and tenacious, comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong analytical skills to identify the best approach and design high-performing products
• Data-driven: you make decisions based on facts rather than opinions or assumptions
• Proficiency in Scrum and other Agile development methodologies
• Good understanding of designing highly scalable, dynamically deployed, and reliable systems, and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
• Demonstrated experience in launching features or products with measurable impact
