As a Project Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our client relationships, ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our portfolio.

Your goal will be to actively contribute to the company's revenue growth by developing strong and lasting partnerships with our clients. This will involve understanding their specific needs to offer them suitable and innovative solutions that strengthen our market position.

Your days will be filled with a variety of stimulating tasks:

  • Prospecting and developing a client portfolio in the Construction/Civil Engineering sector.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
  • Monitoring projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the best service.
  • Identifying development and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Regular reporting of your commercial activity.

You will be responsible for client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Export.

Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in a similar position, particularly in the Construction or Civil Engineering sector, would be a significant advantage. Applications with experience in managing commercial projects will be particularly considered.

Essential qualities for success include:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent command of sales and customer relationship management techniques.
  • Good understanding of the challenges in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • High degree of autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
