At ADM Value, we are hiring Customer Advisors for Ten-Year Civil Liability insurance to help building professionals subscribe to their contracts.
Your role: contact prospects who have requested a quote, understand their business, offer the right solution, and finalize the sale with a clear, structured, and well-mastered approach.
You will work exclusively on outbound sales, contacting individuals who have already expressed interest.
Contact prospects after they have requested a quote for a Ten-Year Civil Liability insurance contract.
Understand the client's business: building trade, status, specific needs, legal obligations.
Present the Ten-Year Civil Liability offer clearly, educationally, and convincingly.
Argue your points, handle objections, and guide the conversation to the subscription stage.
Ensure compliant, high-quality sales, documented in the systems.
Achieve your sales targets with a focus on sustainable performance.
Required profile :
You are an experienced salesperson, comfortable selling insurance products.
Excellent spoken French: clear, fluent, professional.
Sales profile with experience in telephone insurance sales.
Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
Autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
Enjoy challenges and results-driven.
Nice to have:
Experience selling Ten-Year Civil Liability contracts.
Knowledge of the activities of building trades (BTP, construction, renovation...).
