Do you have previous experience in telephony and are you comfortable with phone sales?

At ADM Value, we are hiring experienced Telemarketers in Telephony on behalf of Free, for commercial outbound calls.

You will contact potential customers by phone to present and offer Box and mobile plans, by identifying their needs and guiding them to the most suitable offer.

• Prospect and contact customers through outbound calls.
• Present and offer Box and mobile plans.
• Identify prospect needs and guide the conversation based on their profile.
• Argue and respond to objections to close the sale.
• Achieve the sales targets set for the activity.

On-site position at our ADM Value Michlifen site in Rabat.

10 positions available.
Training scheduled for 10/26/2026.

Required profile :

• Telephony experience required: minimum 6 months.
• Good level of French and fluent oral communication.
• Dynamic, perceptive, and comfortable with commercial interactions.
• Enjoy challenges and results-oriented.
• Proficient with computer tools.
