Join our exceptional establishment in the heart of Marrakech and embody the excellence of hospitality in the Hotel/Restaurant sector. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our establishment, the first point of contact for a demanding international clientele. Your role will be essential in ensuring a memorable and smooth experience from the moment our guests arrive.
Your main mission will be to ensure impeccable management of arrivals and departures, while offering personalized, high-quality service. It will be about ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, resolving any issues professionally, and actively contributing to our hotel's brand image.
Your days will be filled with a variety of key tasks:
- Warm and personalized welcome of guests, managing check-ins and check-outs.
- Taking reservations by phone, email, or online platforms.
- Informing and advising guests on hotel services and local attractions.
- Handling specific requests and any complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Coordinating with different hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant).
- Managing the cash register and processing payments.
- Contributing to updating customer data and tracking statistics.
Required profile :
Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), with a specialization in Hotel/Restaurant professions. This training has provided you with the necessary fundamentals to excel in this field.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is required. This background has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and the workings of hotel reception.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of reception and customer management techniques.
- Proficiency with computer tools and hotel reservation software.
- Good command of languages, especially French and English; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
- Responsiveness, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Discretion and professionalism.
