Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Counter Manager. Based in Kénitra, you will be the face of our company to our clients and the pillar of the daily management of our counter. Your role will be essential in achieving our commercial objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will actively contribute to the company's brand image and the smooth running of sales and service operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients, prospects, and partners in person and by phone.
• Managing orders, quotes, and invoicing in compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitoring stock and participating in inventory counts.
• Organizing and maintaining the counter area for optimal presentation.
• Contributing to achieving the counter's sales targets.
• Providing various administrative support related to commercial activity.
• Informing and advising clients on our products and services.

Required profile :

A degree level of Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. A specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Export would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is required. Knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a welcome plus.

• Sense of organization and accuracy in administrative management.

• Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office Suite) and commercial management software.
