We are looking for an Agency Manager to ensure the complete management of a tourist transport agency operating 7 days a week.

You will be responsible for the operational, financial, commercial, and HR performance of the agency, as well as the management and optimization of the vehicle fleet.

Job :

Your main tasks:

Supervise the daily activity of the agency and ensure service continuity
Manage a team of about 8 employees and up to 150 drivers
Organize and control driver schedules and activities
Optimize vehicle fleet availability, usage, and costs
Manage turnover, profitability, productivity, and key KPIs
Create and monitor activity dashboards and reports
Ensure service quality and manage operational incidents
Participate in commercial development and customer loyalty

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management
Experience in transport, mobility, automotive, rental, logistics, hotel, or services strongly appreciated
Excellent command of Excel and very good command of Power BI
Solid managerial, analytical, and commercial skills
Strong understanding of figures and KPIs
Fluent French and Arabic required
Professional English strongly appreciated
Field-oriented profile, rigorous, structured, responsive, autonomous, and results-oriented
