Job :

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing import and export operations and ensuring their execution in compliance with regulatory, customs, commercial, and internal requirements. You will also coordinate with foreign suppliers, export customers, and the various internal departments involved in international operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Maintain contact and follow-up with foreign suppliers and export customers.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on import tenders and orders for raw materials, spare parts, and other products.
• Manage import and export files and formalities: foreign trade permits, certificates of origin, export declarations, letters of credit, documentary collections, etc.
• Organize and negotiate international maritime, land, and air transport operations according to applicable Incoterms.
• Prepare offers for foreign customers and ensure follow-up until orders are received.
• Plan deliveries with export customers and ensure follow-up of cash receipts and supplier payments.
• Ensure that imported goods comply with internal requirements and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Participate in quality audits and actions related to the environmental approach.
• Carry out prospecting and follow-up actions in export markets and prepare CEPEX, FAMEX files, and other export support schemes.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum, ideally in International Trade, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Import-Export role.
• Good command of customs formalities and foreign trade.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, and different modes of transport.
• Good knowledge of requirements related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Rigor, organization, negotiation skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
