For our client, a player in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Import & Export Manager to manage and follow up on operations related to international flows.
Your main tasks:
• Manage import operations, from order to reception
• Ensure follow-up of export operations and shipments
• Prepare and track import/export files
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, banks, and suppliers
• Monitor payments, insurance, and customs operations
• Ensure compliance with procedures and current regulations
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in International Business, Logistics, Management, or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
• Fluency in French and English
• Good knowledge of customs procedures
• Rigor, organization, and good negotiation skills
