Job :

As part of strengthening its teams, our client, operating in the agri-food and beverage industry, is recruiting a Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to lead and optimize all activities related to purchasing, supplies, and flow management.

Your main tasks:

• Define and implement the purchasing and supply strategy based on the company's needs.
• Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and deadline criteria.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and ensure contract follow-up.
• Manage purchase orders, supplies, and import operations.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure that supply deadlines are met.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of products and materials necessary for the activity.
• Optimize purchasing, transport, and storage costs.
• Manage any supplier disputes and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure coordination with various departments: Sales, Sales Administration, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Implement dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve Supply Chain performance.
• Provide regular reporting to Senior Management.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, International Trade, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in purchasing, supplies, or Supply Chain.
• Good command of import processes and international purchasing operations.
• Experience in the beverage, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is highly desired.
• Proficiency in supplier negotiation techniques and inventory management.
• Good analytical skills and ability to monitor performance indicators.
