Within the Financial Department, the role of the Treasury Manager consists of managing and optimizing the company's treasury management, while ensuring close and professional relationships with banking partners.
• Manage daily treasury and monitor financial flows.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term treasury forecasts.
• Optimize liquidity management and financing needs.
• Supervise relationships with banks and negotiate banking terms.
• Monitor financing, credit lines, guarantees, and banking operations.
• Analyze banking fees and terms and identify optimization levers.
• Ensure the security of flows and compliance with internal control procedures.
• Produce treasury reports and indicators for the Financial Department.
• Participate in treasury process optimization and digitalization projects.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or equivalent (BAC+5 level).
• Proven experience of at least 5 to 8 years, ideally gained in a structured industrial environment.
• Solid experience in treasury management and banking relations.
• Mastery of financing mechanisms, cash management, and banking operations.
• Significant experience in negotiating and managing relationships with banks.
• Good command of financial management tools and Excel; knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the industrial and/or pharmaceutical environment would be highly appreciated.
