Job :
- Assist in managing imports and exports.
- Prepare and verify commercial documents: invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
- Track supplier and international customer orders.
- Ensure tracking of shipments and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Participate in monitoring customs operations.
- Contact foreign suppliers and customers by email and phone.
- Request and compare quotes from suppliers and carriers.
- Update import/export tracking spreadsheets.
- Monitor delivery times and report any delays.
- File and archive documents related to international operations.
- Participate in the preparation of commercial offers.
- Conduct research on international markets, suppliers, and products.
- Assist the department in tracking payments and supplier files.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Customs departments.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in International Trade, Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, International Management, or a similar field.
- Good command of written and spoken French and English.
- Good knowledge of import/export operations and international trade documents.
- Basic understanding of Incoterms, international transport, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Previous experience or internship in international trade, purchasing, or logistics would be a plus.
