Job :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Circuit Supervisor for our site based in Casablanca. Your main mission will be to lead and optimize our field sales operations, ensuring a strong presence and increased performance with our distributor partners.

Reporting directly to the Retail Regional Manager, based in the eastern region and assigned to the city of Oujda, your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan and organize the routes of the field sales teams.
• Supervise, support, and train sales representatives to develop their effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor key sales performance indicators, including sales, product distribution, and market coverage.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the retail sales circuit and propose necessary adjustments.
• Develop and share regular reporting on operational efficiency and market trends.
• Develop strong relationships with retailers and points of sale to ensure effective collaboration.
• Manage the commercial relationship between Bel and its external partners in the region or area of operation (Stockists, Commercial Animation Agencies, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with product presentation and merchandising standards in points of sale.
• Analyze feedback from customers and field teams to continuously improve sales performance.
• Participate in the deployment of promotional and marketing actions at the local level.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by field sales teams.
   

Required profile :

• Higher education degree (Bac+4 minimum) in commerce, logistics, or a related field.
• The level of education may also have been acquired through professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in retail sales management techniques.
• Good knowledge of products and their market positioning.
• Ability to analyze performance data and guide decisions.
• Good understanding of logistics processes related to product distribution.
