Job :

We are looking for a Production Supervisor / Shift Leader, responsible for ensuring the performance of production lines and guaranteeing the manufacturing of products within deadlines, respecting safety, quality, and cost requirements, while optimizing human and material resources.

Main tasks:

• Lead the production program according to the Daily Production Plan and define the daily schedule.
• Lead production meetings, supervise and coach the team.
• Ensure compliance with Safety / Quality / Maintenance standards and the achievement of SQDCP objectives.
• Implement action plans and promote Lean and continuous improvement.

Required profile :

• Engineering degree: Mechanical, Industrial, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production or technical role.
• Proficiency in planning tools, MRP/ERP systems, and computer tools.
• Operational French and English.
• Strong management skills, leadership, and results-oriented.
