Job :
We are looking for a Senior Workplace Technical Expert to ensure the quality, performance, resilience, and security of application access portal solutions (F5 VPN, MyApps) for internal employees and external partners. He/She will be responsible for the architecture, industrialization, integration, and technical governance.
His/Her missions:
- Expertise & Design: Design and maintain the technical architecture of the portals (F5 BIG-IP APM/LTM, MyApps, Secure Browser). Lead the technical roadmap and ensure solution resilience.
- Industrialization: Automate monitoring, testing, and deployment (VBA, PowerShell scripts, etc.).
- Security: Ensure compliance with standards (Zero Trust, TLS, CVE) and participate in cybersecurity audits.
- Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner, network and cybersecurity teams, train engineers, and resolve complex incidents.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- 10 years minimum as an expert in application access solutions (F5 VPN, Secure Browser). Proven experience in managing critical architectures and user support.
- F5 BIG-IP (APM/LTM), iRules, Datagroups, Reverse Proxy, SSL VPN,
- Microsoft Entra ID (SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect), MyApps, Secure Browser (Palo Alto/Zscaler).
- Cybersecurity: Zero Trust, CVE management, patching, TLS compliance.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, teaching ability, cross-functional communication, fluent English.
- Methodologies: Agile, ITIL, FinOps.
