The Green Development Careers Training Center (CFMDV) is responsible for training in green development careers and providing training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. It offers three types of training: BTS, continuing education, qualifying and certifying training, as well as trainer training programs.

Job :

General Mission:

The IT/Telecom Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, installation, and monitoring of the CFMDV's IT, network, and telecommunication equipment to ensure optimal operation of the technical infrastructure and IT services..

Main Missions:

• Diagnose and resolve faults and malfunctions of IT and telecommunication equipment;
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of IT and telecommunication equipment (servers, routers, switches, computers, phones, etc.) ;
• Update equipment in terms of security and software versions ;
• Install, configure, and ensure the proper functioning of local networks and telecommunication systems ;
• Ensure network security and performance by applying best practices and cybersecurity rules ;
• Administer and manage CFMDV servers and other network equipment ;
• Ensure data backup and recovery in case of disaster ;
• Provide first-level support to users for technical incidents related to IT and telecommunication equipment ;
• Train users on the use of basic equipment and applications ;
• Manage the inventory of IT and telecommunication equipment, ensuring monitoring of their condition and life cycle ;
• Document configurations, installation and maintenance procedures for better traceability ;
• Monitor the evolution of IT and telecommunication technologies to propose relevant improvements or updates for CFMDV equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and service providers for system maintenance and evolution.

Required profile :

KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum of a Bac+2 degree in IT, specializing in networks and telecommunications ;

• 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role, ideally in a structured environment.

• Good command of operating systems and network diagnostic tools ;

• Competence in telecommunication and IT equipment maintenance ;

• Knowledge of network protocols ;

• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
