Job :

Your main mission is to plan and organize all financial flows to ensure optimal liquidity, while ensuring rigorous security of operations and strategic banking relationships.

The main goal is to ensure smooth and optimal treasury management by guaranteeing the constant availability of the necessary cash for operational activities.

On a daily basis, responsibilities cover a broad and strategic scope:

• Supervise bank positions and develop reliable cash flow forecasts for all time horizons.
• Actively manage relationships with banking partners to negotiate terms and monitor commitments.
• Ensure mastery of foreign exchange operations and strict adherence to rules related to international trade.
• Implement robust internal procedures and deploy digital tools such as an ERP to automate flows.
• Produce accurate financial reports allowing for a detailed analysis of discrepancies and aiding management decision-making.

Required profile :

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, audit, management, or an equivalent field is essential to master the strategic challenges of the position.

Confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years gained in treasury management, corporate finance, or in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has in-depth technical expertise combined with essential behavioral qualities:

• In-depth mastery of cash management techniques and financial instruments.
• Excellent command of Excel and integrated management tools.
• Thorough knowledge of the regulatory, tax, and foreign exchange framework in Morocco.
• Strong sense of rigor, analysis, and a natural ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
