Don't let the end of your job interview take you by surprise.
If you are asked if you have any questions, avoid stammering "uh, I have tons of questions, but right now, I can't think of any…" Pay attention to the end of the interview, as it can make all the difference! At the end of the interview, summarize the discussion, reiterate what interests you about the company and the position, and demonstrate how your profile matches their requirements.
Prepare one or two questions for the end of the interview. Ask them skillfully to show your motivation for the opportunity.
Feel free to ask the recruiter what interests them in your application. Put yourself on their level, as they also need to succeed in the interview: they need to find the right candidate. Help them find the right candidate; in this case, yourself!!!
Give them the impression that you have other interesting offers, but that theirs exactly matches what you are looking for.
If they haven't discussed salary, bring it up. Never end an interview without discussing salary. Show your motivation. You are not willing to accept just anything. You need to make them feel that other employers are willing to invest in you.
Finally, leave knowing the next steps. Who will initiate the next contact and within what timeframe?
