Background & Inspirations:
The main stages of your professional journey
I am currently the Senior Manager for Human Capital at PwC in Morocco, where I support our service lines in talent attraction, development, and engagement. Before this role, I worked in positions related to performance, recruitment, and employer branding, as well as transforming HR practices, working with multidisciplinary teams.
Who has inspired you in your career?
I am inspired by leaders who put people first and connect performance with purpose. On a daily basis, it is also the HR and business teams I work with who remind me that good leadership starts with listening and clarity of vision.
Vision & Leadership:
Essential qualities for moving into leadership positions
- Strategic clarity: knowing how to connect vision with concrete priorities.
- High standards and fairness: raising the bar while remaining just.
- Continuous learning & curiosity: integrating AI, data, and new HR practices.
- Collaborative influence: helping others grow, building alliances, and delegating with confidence.
Advice for young professionals:
Your advice to a young person starting in the Moroccan job market
- Work on your professional story: a clear CV + a portfolio or some visible deliverables.
- Network & reputation: participate in forums/communities, ask for feedback, take on responsibilities early.
Mistakes to avoid at the beginning of your career
- Waiting for the “right” opportunity without building transferable skills.
- Underestimating the importance of soft skills (listening, summarizing, reliability).
What does “succeeding” mean to you?
Success means growing and helping others grow: creating measurable value for the organization, lasting value for teams, and value that is aligned with personal convictions.
Knowledge Sharing & Impact:
Your greatest professional pride
My greatest pride is having a profession that makes sense to others: contributing to projects that improve the employee experience and create human value. It is also about mentoring younger people, supporting their development, and integrating inclusion as a central goal so that everyone has a place and can thrive.
