I've accepted a new position, but the challenges now seem significant. How can I avoid being overwhelmed by the pressure of my objectives?
"Unfortunately, most French organizations believe that performance comes from stress and pressure! If they had any idea of the cost, I think they would set more human-sized objectives.
In the meantime, a higher position means more freedom of action, chosen pressure, and therefore a reduction in the devastating effects of stress.
In this example, the word "seems" catches my attention: is it reality or a projection?
It is necessary to know more. In any case, it is better to "negotiate hard" when discussing objectives, even if it means being stressed at that moment, rather than accepting a stressful mission.
If I accept an impossible order to keep, whatever I do, I will be stressed."
