How to save time in your activities?

Time management works for me, for my enjoyment. I'm not its slave. I remain attentive to my inner rhythm, my intuitions.
A few organizational tips
I take advantage of free time: in a waiting room, travel time... The key: visualize your day, evaluate the probabilities of downtime, and equip yourself with light work: reading, writing, mail.
I have a precise idea of what an hour of my time is worth. I calculate it every year, and, based on that, I evaluate the opportunity or not - to have someone else do the work.
When I work, I pay attention to the fact that the time investment is not excessive compared to what it brings me - in money or pleasure!
At an appointment, I warn my interlocutor, from the start, of the time I have available. By giving limits, the meeting will automatically organize itself without overflowing.
I make a daily and monthly to-do list, but I keep the completed lists and analyze them "cold".
I tell myself that the time usually considered to accomplish a task is a mental limit that can be questioned.
I write 3-line emails, one-sentence words. I don't think I'm obliged to write longer.
I allow myself relaxation, leisure, pleasure, as a self-reward for goals achieved.
I ask myself, before answering "yes", if I really want to.
I am honest with myself: I accept my weaknesses, it saves me a lot of time!
I have ready-made "checklists" for everything.
I go to the best specialists. If they are really good, even if they are expensive, they save me money and time
I have notebooks in which I note everything that may concern a subject. I only write on the right-hand pages - I keep the left-hand ones for later notes.
I anticipate as much as possible the problem that may arise and what I would do in that case.
I often take vacations. It forces me to finish a job. They give me the opportunity for new ideas. They allow me to regain all my energy.
I eliminate the main time wasters.
