Avoid crushing others
Being self-confident and actively present is one thing, wanting to dominate is another! If companies appreciate "leader" temperaments for certain positions, listening to and respecting others is essential. In any case, keep a positive attitude.
Participate
Conversely, excessive shyness may penalize you, even for administrative or technical positions. Communication and interpersonal skills are important qualities sought by companies today. They prove in particular that you can easily integrate a structure or a work group.
