An unprecedented international survey was conducted by ReKrute and The Boston Consulting Group to study the expectations of candidates in career management.
The "Decoding Global Talent" study was conducted in partnership with The Network, a network of 50 job boards worldwide (including ReKrute for Morocco and Tunisia). This is a unique opportunity for any business leader to understand the changes and flows impacting their human capital.
International mobility is a real challenge for Moroccan companies and their executives, particularly in the current context of market opening and globalization. Expatriation, secondment of an employee abroad, or recruitment of a foreign worker, companies are increasingly managing international recruitment situations.
The "Decoding Global Talent" study provides a general overview of the behavior of Moroccan workers: popular sectors, sought-after positions, main motivations, preferred channels, favorite destinations... It also aims to identify international mobility flows, countries that recruit foreigners, and countries that hold unique skills in order to better adapt their recruitment strategy.
The survey involved more than 203,755 people in 189 countries, including 1,886 Moroccans. The study was presented as an online questionnaire in 40 languages.
