What if, this time, we really told women what to dare?

On March 8th, there are many messages sent to women. We talk about strength, inspiration, success, resilience. And of course, all of this is true.

But in professional life, there is another reality, more concrete, also more useful: success is not only based on talent or work done. There is also everything we learn too late. The rules of the workplace, the right reflexes to adopt, the advice that is not always passed on clearly enough.

Because deep down, many women don't just need to be reminded that they are capable. They also need to be told that they have the right to dare.

Dare to apply for a job, even when not all the criteria are met.
Dare to talk about your successes without fear of overdoing it.
Dare to ask for a promotion, a raise, more responsibilities.
Dare to take your place in a meeting, in a project, in a company.
Dare to aim higher, without waiting to be "100% ready".

Too often, careers are held back not by a lack of potential, but by self-doubt, self-censorship, or a lack of access to the right information at the right time. And that's where everything can change. Relevant advice, a better understanding of professional codes, a better grasp of one's own worth can transform a career path.

At ReKrute, we believe that equal opportunities also involve this: giving every talent the means to move forward with more clarity, more confidence, and more assurance. Helping candidates to know themselves better, to position themselves better, and to build their professional future better is what fully drives us.

This is also what Make Me Better is about.
Allowing everyone to progress.
Encouraging every talent to reveal their potential.
And reminding women that they don't have to wait for a place to be made for them: they can take it, claim it, and make it grow.

On this International Women's Rights Day, ReKrute chooses to highlight not only female talent, but also everything that can help them advance more freely and strongly in their careers.

Because daring changes many things.
And because a woman who dares is a talent who moves forward.
