Being More Productive While Staying Positive…?

Of course, when we say "more productive," we immediately hear in the background, "more stressed, overwhelmed." However, it seems that the two notions are not necessarily linked and that greater productivity is not always linked to what we do but rather to what we are.
1. Be serene
Being more productive means being fully present in what you are doing, concentrated, solely focused on the object that interests you. If you are divided or suffering from an internal conflict and/or negative thoughts, you cannot be as efficient and productive as you are capable of. When you are divided, everything becomes an internal struggle and action is blocked, stopped, frustrated. Be serene, find your inner peace to multiply your energy and your productivity will necessarily follow.
2. Be confident.
Being more productive means having confidence in your abilities but also in the smooth running of events. Avoid sterile and destructive thoughts and judgments. Don't stop at what you want to put in place, take action. Don't wait. Move forward. Even if the first step is timid, it is decisive.
3. Do what you love.
Being more productive means working with pleasure, even with passion, or even literally having fun. Of course, this is a luxury here. But why shouldn't you be entitled to it? Why wouldn't you allow yourself to have it?
4. Love what you do.
Being more productive means loving what you do, it means managing to transform constraints, duties and chores into enjoyable activities thanks to the power of attention, also thanks to your ability to be fully present to yourself and, above all, to what you are doing. "Here and now," the Ancients said…
5. Be motivated.
Being more productive means being able to answer this question without hesitation: "why do you want to be more productive?" If there is a reason, a meaning, a real motivation for your work, your efforts and your involvement, your efficiency will be multiplied. Savor each moment of work and savor it because it has a real meaning, a meaning that you have chosen and for which you come to the office every day.
