For your well-being at work, if it's a mess in your office: your mind is cluttered and in this mess, you no longer know where the important from the urgent is, and this has an impact on your productivity and therefore your stress: disorder has a profound influence on the emotional, mental, physical.
A tidy, well-organized and clean office brings vital energy that promotes inspiration, concentration and creativity. You will have clear ideas, a renewed sense of energy and vitality and you will feel more relaxed, peaceful and therefore less stressed!
2 - The orientation of the office
To succeed in your work life, the orientation of the office is one of the most important Feng Shui adjustments you can make. You should place your desk in the place of power, that is to say away from the entrance and with your back to the wall or diagonally.

Don't be with your back to the door or window as this has the effect of being vulnerable and anxious: you must see who enters and see the danger coming. If you can't do otherwise, have a seat with a high back to protect yourself.
Don't be too close to the door, you will be distracted.
Avoid having your desk facing a wall, you will work better and your attention will be more sustained. Otherwise, display an image of openness above the desk: landscape, ocean.
The space in front of you must be clear to promote opportunities.
Stress at work is often due to having to share your office space with another person.
Advice: avoid sitting back to back or face to face. Both positions tend to create conflict. If you cannot avoid sitting face to face, either move the desks or create a small barrier with an object: plant, photo…
Another source of stress, working in an open space: partitions are important and in an overly open space, the energy goes away. Try to create a space of intimacy between you and your neighbor with separating objects and ideally plants.
3 - Objects and images
Every object in your office has an influence on you: surround yourself with images and objects that you like and that inspire you and you will create a favorable environment to achieve your goals: hang photos, slogans and images that symbolize what you want to accomplish.
In Feng Shui, the positioning of objects is important.
A few tips:
The computer is positioned if possible on the right, on a desk return.
Place a taller lamp on the left.
Behind you, it is advisable to hang a painting depicting a mountain landscape (but not too pointed peaks) and in front of you an aquatic landscape because water symbolizes wealth and prosperity.
To energize your office, if possible place the objects in the right place using a compass:
Telephone, diary, computer, business cards: to the west or north-west to promote your career and your contacts with the outside.
Photos of your loved ones to the west or east.
Lamps or lighting to the south to illuminate your future prospects.
Plants to the east to improve relationships with your colleagues.
4 - Color and Feng Shui in the office
Colors have a profound influence on our mood and behavior. They emit what are called "sensitive vibrations".
Here are some practical tips for creating a good atmosphere in your office. The colors will be if possible light and soothing: beige, sand, light gray, light yellow are recommended.
Yellow: encourages optimism and hope and helps to concentrate attention and stimulates the intellect.
Green: represents growth, vitality, abundance.
Blue: characterizes reliability and security. It increases creativity.
Black: encourages introspection and opens up possibilities.
Brown: supports and strengthens the body but does not stimulate the mind.
White: energizes the mind and mental concentration but exhausts the body.
Gray: concentration but exhausting for the body.
Bright colors: energize but agitate the body and mind.
5 - Put plants
Last very important advice in Feng Shui: put green plants in your office: it's health.
A study by the Oslo Faculty of Agronomy shows that when plants are introduced into offices, 84% of employees feel better. Fatigue can decrease by up to 30%, headaches by up to 20%, sore throats by up to 30%. Productivity improves because plants make us more relaxed, more focused, more creative.
Place the plants in the east and south-east.
Avoid cacti, bonsai and plants with pointed leaves.
Put a bamboo: it is the lucky plant par excellence.
