EHTP Forum, April 25-26, 2012.
At the Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics, Casablanca

Within a national context governed by a sustainable development strategy and a major projects policy, and under the aegis of the Ministry of Equipment and Transport, the Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Executive Training, the engineering students of the Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics are organizing "The International Days of the Engineer and Development" on April 25 and 26, 2012.

Welcoming 6000 visitors, these days are the result of the simultaneous holding of the 15th edition of the EHTP-Companies forum and the 2nd edition of GreendayZ, the International Trade Show for Sustainable Development Trades and Technologies.

For 15 years, the EHTP-Companies forum has been a prime place for exchange between engineers and companies. It is an interface for exchange that benefits both parties, allowing budding engineers to expand their professional networks. At the same time, these days allow companies to explore new skills, particularly in the construction, industry, and NICT sectors. This year's edition is centered around the theme of "The Engineer at the Heart of Evolution."

The International Trade Show for Sustainable Development Trades and Technologies, which honors Turkey, is an opportunity for Moroccan and Turkish economic and academic stakeholders, as well as their foreign counterparts, to exchange experiences and know-how. This edition, which is open to national and foreign companies operating in the fields of energy, eco-construction, environment, and water, addresses the theme of "Engineering and the Challenges of Development: Visions for Morocco and Emerging Economies."

It should also be noted that the Trade Show is held in an ecological tent made of recyclable materials. Furthermore, the finals of Greenov, the national technical innovation competition in which more than 50 teams representing national faculties and higher education schools participate, will be held during these days, as well as open houses for schoolchildren and middle school students aimed at raising their awareness of the themes of the event.
