As part of its monthly conference cycle, Toulouse Business School Casablanca invites you to its fourth thematic conference on: "Women's Leadership", Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 6:30 PM on the CFCIM Campus in Ain Sebaa
Leadership is a key quality for advancing ideas and leading organizations, for asserting oneself and inspiring teams, clients and partners. The feminization of governance is underway internationally and several books and programs are dedicated to understanding and analyzing it. Many women in Morocco have built careers, created projects and evolved in different sectors, from finance to the associative world, including the economy, pharmacy and communication. They have shown vision, will and perseverance ... and also humanity.
Is there really such a thing as women's leadership? And how is this leadership specific? Is it so different from male leadership? Or are they ultimately complementary? Are there particular qualities that must be demonstrated to succeed as a woman leader? Are there any obstacles to overcome to develop one's leadership?
The speakers present at the round table are:
- Khouloud Abejja, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy
- Fathia Bennis, President, CEO of Maroclear and President of the Women's Tribune association
- Carine Chevalier, Director of the Wad3eyati project Management Systems International
- Rajaa Kantaoui, Director of Public Affairs at Sothema
- Rachida Soulaymani, Director of the National Center for Pharmacovigilance
- Meryem Lahlou, Moderator and Marketing - Communication Consultant at Compétence Plus
This conference will be followed by a cocktail.
