As part of the launch of its conference series, Toulouse Business School Casablanca invites you to its first roundtable on:
"Business Succession: Family Businesses in Morocco" on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 6:30 PM on the CFCIM Campus in Ain Sebaa
Family business succession in Moroccan SMEs/SMIs (transfer of management from parent to child) is a growing phenomenon in Morocco. Several questions arise. What transition methods? What security measures during these transitions? What opportunities and risks? What future for the family business in light of this phenomenon? Can we model the different change projects that have taken place?
Speakers at this conference include:
- Amine Khalil, Development Director of Dari
- Mohamed A. Berrada, General Manager of Yasmine Immobilier
- Mohamed Benouarrek, HR Director of Promamec and international HR expert
- Youssef Bougrine, Work Psychologist
- Meryem Lahlou, Moderator and Consultant - Trainer at Compétence Plus
This roundtable will be followed by a cocktail.

About TBS Casablanca programs on the CFCIM Campus:
Since 2005, the Toulouse School of Management, ranked 10th in the French ranking of management schools and ranked in the Top 20 worldwide by the Financial Times, in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco (CFCIM), has offered several high-level training programs in Casablanca ranging from Bachelor (Bac+3) to Tri Executive MBA (Bac+6), not to mention Specialized Masters and Masters in Science (Bac+5). • A teaching staff of over 500 academic professionals of Moroccan and international origin
• An "Executive Training" center
