I'm becoming the boss of my former colleagues: how to do it?

Formalize the taking up of duties: it's certain, your promotion will annoy some who already saw themselves in your place. Priority number one: meet with your new collaborators/ex-colleagues in individual interviews. The opportunity to set the new rules of the game: what will be your management style, what will change compared to your predecessor, what exactly do you expect from them, what are their functions and attributions...?
