The AEMF, Association of Moroccan Students in France, invites you on Saturday, June 8, 2013 to the prestigious Palais d'Iéna, headquarters of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council for its annual conference cycle on Economic and Political Development in Morocco.
In a context of political excitement and economic turning point, Moroccan youth in France are invited to reflect in the presence of senior officials and specialists on the major strategic axes of Morocco. Speakers will present their vision of the country's future and the methods of implementing their proposals to an audience of young Moroccans, specialists and journalists. This initiative of the Association of Moroccan Students in France is part of a reflection process initiated a few years ago: to involve young Moroccans in France, proud flagships of Morocco today and actors of the Morocco of tomorrow, in the changes and evolutions experienced by the Moroccan socio-economic and political landscape and thus allow young people to take their natural place by playing a driving role in the development and growth of Morocco.
This year, the Club France Maroc, a network of Moroccan students and graduates from French Higher Education, created on the initiative of the French Embassy in Morocco and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco, and of which the AEMF has been a partner since its creation in 2010, is associating itself with our event to hold the 5th edition of the Club France Maroc Meetings on the occasion of the economic conference of the AEMF colloquium.
The colloquium organized by our association, which will be attended by Moroccan decision-makers from the public and private sectors and national and French operators and intellectuals, will be an opportunity to help shed light on the implementation of public policies and private initiatives, enabling Morocco to move from the status of an intermediate country to an emerging country by doubling or even tripling its GDP in the coming years. The aim is to take the time during this event to reflect on the implementation of these projects and the means of achieving them, for the foundation of a modern, democratic and supportive Moroccan society.
The AEMF promises a substantial reflection and a rich exchange with a panel of high-level French and Moroccan personalities.
