Phrases and words to ban from your resume!

It's been a while since you wanted to refresh your resume? That's great, take the opportunity to review the form and all the terminology used because many of them are obsolete or even meaningless.
ReKrute.com lists some of them, too clichéd, to be absolutely banned from your resume.

Negotiable or non-negotiable remuneration:

It's useless to waste a line of your resume to mention this, it's obvious!
So, ban this kind of sentence, especially if the salary you are asking for is non-negotiable, you could close the door to the recruiter who would be forced to put your resume aside because your claims do not fit with the salary grid. You could therefore deprive yourself of an opportunity that could ultimately have suited you!

Resume as a title:

We still encounter today, candidates who, as a title, proudly display Resume! To be banned. Opt instead for a title that will allow the recruiter to quickly see what your areas of expertise are, it will save him time, and a positive point for you.

Experience in the field of…:

When we talk about experience in general, it refers to something that happened to us and not something we accomplished… Prefer phrases that will highlight your achievements or your management qualities. So feel free to list in a few points your various accomplishments that contributed to making this project a success.

“Team spirit”:

It's useless to throw this information just like that, illustrate it with examples of fruitful collaborations.

Acquired skills:

It is useless to list all the subjects you have studied during your studies, especially if, in addition, it is done to the detriment of your professional experience. And especially don't bring up the argument "My resume won't fit on a single page anymore". Prefer your experience, that's what will make the difference between you and another candidate from the same training!
