In keeping with ReKrute.com’s core values, we have established a set of golden rules that we hope you will all adhere to!
These rules address both ethical and deontological issues.
By adhering to these rules, you will participate in the fight against discrimination while promoting objectivity and ethics in the recruitment process. You will thus obtain positive results while increasing your chances of successful recruitment.
- Do not include false information or information that could mislead the candidate regarding the existence, origin, nature, description of the job offered, the remuneration and benefits offered, or the place of work.
- Ensure transparency and objectivity in the processing of applications throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Systematically inform candidates upon receipt of their application and keep them informed of its progress.
- Be diligent throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Respect the privacy of candidates.
- During the interview, the recruiter must be punctual and not keep the candidate waiting longer than necessary.
- Once the interview is complete, the recruiter must inform the candidate of the decision that has been made.
The publication of a job offer requires the advertiser to comply with publication rules. It is recommended not to base your decisions on the following:
