NLP Objectives in the Professional Sphere:
Optimizing sales or increasing a company's turnover depends on its sales representatives and all involved employees. However, their know-how is not accidental; it's the result of hard work because achieving better results is only possible by understanding everyone's strengths. NLP helps develop skills in human change and learning to facilitate the achievement of professional goals and projects.
NLP is based on 4 factors:
-Knowing yourself: Identifying your uniqueness, taking the time to ask yourself what your added value is.
-Knowing others: Identifying differences and common ground between you and others.
-Communicating with those around you: Developing your relational flexibility, making an impact on others and your professional environment.
-Changing aspects of yourself: Identifying changes you need to make to stabilize yourself in relation to your environment and be on the same wavelength as the company to meet its expectations.
Once achieved, these factors will earn you praise from your colleagues and superiors because "you must be remarkable to be noticed!"...
