Create a climate of trust.

For the manager, it is imperative to build genuine, effective, and impactful trust among team members. Thinking about informal lunches and gatherings is beneficial. Thinking about meetings and face-to-face encounters is also beneficial, the idea being to establish human and intellectual cohesion. While it’s not easy to see past everyone’s masks, it’s easier to create a sense of belonging, a "pro family".

Be the lifeguard

Consider yourself the lifeguard who shows the horizon to the swimmers. Clearly define the objectives to be achieved, the fields of action, the room for maneuver, the resources available to each person, the resources available and the obstacles to consider.
